1. Products and Services
Products and services are provided by Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition. All products and services are intended to enable customers to meet their personal health and wellness goals. Product and service delivery will be provided to all customers as advertised on galacticstartfitness.com and social media platforms.
2. Terms of Payment
Payment is required prior to product and service delivery. All payments are required at the time of purchase. Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition utilizes the Stripe Payment and Processing Platform for all payments.
3. Limitations
Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition does not perform physical therapy and is not a registered dietitian.
4. Liability
Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition is a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
5. Personal Injury
Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition is not responsible for any injuries sustained by clients or customers during training sessions or as a result of training programs/videos provided by Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition. By accepting these terms, the client is waiving Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition from any responsibility if injury were to occur. Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition completes physical readiness questionnaires with all clients/customers and recommends consultation with their primary medical physicians prior to completing any physical activity.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will be negotiated between Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition and its customers on a case-by-case basis.
7. Timelines of Delivery
Timelines of product and service delivery may vary. Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition will provide communication to all customers in regards to timeline expectations.
8. Privacy Policy
All customer information is considered private and confidential. Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition does not share or publicize any customer information without approval from the customer (to include but not limited to name, date of birth, email address, phone number, height, weight, nutritional considerations, photographs, etc.).
All payment information is collected and processed securely using the Stripe payment platform.
9. Solutions for a Breach
Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition utilizes the WordPress, Jotform and Titan platforms to collect customer information and deliver products and services. Customers should refer to these platforms in regards to their policies and solutions for data breaches.
10. Agreement Termination
Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition reserves the right to terminate services provided if customers miss scheduled appointments. Refunds will be negotiated between Galactic Star Fitness and Nutrition and its customers on a case-by-case basis.
